Week 4: Informal Practice & Flow

Explore compassion and self-compassion. Activate the body’s Relaxation Response. Practise the Mountain Meditation and reflect on wellbeing changes.

Can I complete the course in my own time?
Yes. It is all self-paced learning. While we recommend a weekly structure, you can work through each section at your own pace. There is no requirement to be online at any particular time.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon completing all modules and reflections, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion from the Mindfulness Academy.
