By purchasing a course from the Mindfulness Academy, you agree to the following:

• Eligibility: Courses are for adults (18+) only.
  
  
• Access & Use: Login details are personal and must not be shared. Course content is our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or resold.
  
  
  
• Refunds: You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not started or accessed the course. Once accessed, streamed, or downloaded, no refunds are available. For live classes, cancellation is allowed within 14 days unless you begin the course within this period, in which case no refund can be offered once sessions start.
  
  
  
• Deferrals: You may defer to the next available start date if requested at least 7 days before your course begins.
  
  
  
• Health Disclaimer: Our courses are educational only and are not a substitute for medical or mental health advice. If you have any concerns about your wellbeing, consult your GP or healthcare provider before starting.
