If I have to miss one of the live sessions, can I not enrol on the course?
We understand that significant life events both planned and unexpected are a natural part of life. Our course director supports each student individually, on a case-by-case basis.
Why do your courses include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology?
Our courses are based on the latest research in this field. In theory, the practice of mindfulness, living in the present moment is simple. However, the reality is that we all have existing thought patterns in our unconscious mind. Some from childhood conditioning while others are the result of negative life events. Neuroscience research indicates that when CBT and Positive Psychology are used to support Mindfulness practice, favourable thought patterns can be built into the unconscious mind. This leads to an increased ability to remain in the present moment, with deeper and longer-lasting results.
Are your courses suitable for beginners?
Yes! Many of our courses are designed for people new to mindfulness. Because of our unique course content of Mindfulness, CBT, and Positive Psychology, they are also suitable for those who have previously completed mindfulness training. However, some courses such as the ‘Diploma in Teaching Mindfulness’ and ‘Beyond Mindfulness’ courses are better suited to those who are already confident in their interest in mindfulness.
